Clown Under My Bed
I hear it from the floor
When I close the bedroom door
A little laughter and a groan
A terrifying moan
It is full of mischief making
My soul it is a taking
As I shuffle wearily
I can feel it next to me
My heart is beating fast
As a spectre dashes past
It seems to be half dead
As it hides beneath my bed
There's a clown under my bed
Every time I rest my head
I hear a chuckle and a hiss
So I know that's stuff amiss
There's a clown under my bed
Neither alive and neither dead
It doesn't like my breathing
But it loves it when I'm wheezing
I began to feel so tired
When I used to feel wired
It seemed a struggle to exist
Imy mind a murky mist
It's been years in this murk
That's where the clowns all lurk
The reason for this feeling
All the ails I keep receiving
Is The dreaded evil mind
Beneath my bed, and aligned
There's a clown under my bed
Every time I rest my head
I hear a chuckle and a hiss
So I know that's stuff amiss
There's a clown under my bed
Neither alive and neither dead
It doesn't like my breathing
But it loves it when I'm wheezing
There's a feeling I'll wake up rough
I've really had enough
Of this energy stealing clown
That's around
There's a clown under my bed
Every time I rest my head
I hear a chuckle and a hiss
So I know that's stuff amiss
There's a clown under my bed
Neither alive and neither dead
It doesn't like my breathing
But it loves it when I'm wheezing
