Whispering Blossoms
Love and romance, where does it begin?
A kiss and a courtship cannot be called sin.
A laugh full of joy under blossoms that fall
When you look to one side, and you see him so tall.
A strong figure beside me, golden and tanned
Kneeling beside me and giving me his hand
Strong and possessive, that's what he can be
Holding my hands under the blossom tree.
Whispering blossoms fall all around
We stay close together, not making a sound
He gazes at me, eyes bright and in love
A robin is singing from far, far above.
Whispering blossoms; where dost thou fall?
Onto thy ground, whilst we were in thrall
I heard them whisper sweet songs in my ear
My love like my sighing shadow, forever near.
Love is eternal, life relies on its glow
Making us feel wanted, tender and so;
As I finish this poem, dedicated to all
I stand with my lover, under blossoms that fall.
