Inspiration
A writer
Alone, in a dark room
A heavy sigh,
a slight breeze
From a half open window
A typewriter
Desolate and uninspired
Abandoned by its owner
A white paper sheet
blank
A cobweb in the corner
A spider.
A large and dusty desk
When the inspiration finally comes
Comes with it the light that guides all poets
There is no writer’s block
Merely a lack of ideas
An uninspired soul
One of a thousand
Suddenly,
in a flood of words It comes
Inspiration;
The beauty of even the littlest thing
Makes all the difference
To the one who seeks
and the one who sought
